Lily Wolton-Carr

Research Manager

Lily has a BSc in Psychology with Clinical Approaches and a PGDip in Cognitive Neuroscience (both University of Sussex), and a special interest in neurological phenomena like synaesthesia. After working for a mental health support agency throughout the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic, Lily is now expanding her applications of academic psychology to consumer behaviour and decision science here at Mindlab, having worked with brands across the food and beverage, cosmetic, and media industries.

Never one to shy away from a challenge, you’ll frequently find her getting far too into a pub quiz, roller skating along Brighton’s seafront, or queuing for an absurd amount of time to see bands that were famous before she was born perform live.
