Omnichannel strategy is about taking a holistic view of brand relationships. Both the relationships that you’ve already built up with your customers and the different interactions that happen on a daily basis (big and small) with your consumer and your customer base make all the difference when it comes to building, maintaining and growing a successful brand.

Research into omnichannel needs to focus on both the when and the how of these brand interactions. When are people interacting with the brand, and how can these different interactions be utilised to maximise a brands potential.

What we’re looking at is designing and creating an experience that’s consistent and supportive of the right associations and qualities that the brand wants to stand for across all the different touchpoints in which the brand interacts with its consumers. It is important that omnichannel isn’t limited to digital content strategy and it’s also not purely about understanding the customer journey, but rather about establishing a holistic point of view.
